Product Returns Policy

12 Month Product Returns Policy for New Pig Distributors

For a period of up to 12 months, from the date of purchase of those products, we will accept the return of PIG® Products and Private Label Products provided they are:-

• Returned at your expense to New Pig BV, Concorde 5, 5126 RM Gilze, Netherlands.
• PIG® and Private Label Standard Manufactured items.*
• Undamaged and in a saleable condition as deemed by our Quality Control Team.

Any stock returns must be agreed in writing by New Pig prior to shipping any product back.

Payment will be in the form of a credit note:

• to the account that the goods were originally invoiced to you 
• it will be in the same currency / price as originally invoiced to you
• it will exclude all carriage charges where applicable
• it will include VAT if applicable.

The credit note will only be issued upon our confirmation of the agreed quantity and product that can be accepted back.

*Bespoke / Custom, non-standard product and product outside our current European Product Offer cannot be returned under this policy.
